Been seeing a few people ask about Pulsz redemptions lately. I had one sit for like 4 days last week before it finally cleared. Support said it was just backed up but it got me wondering. Why is my Pulsz redemption pending? Anyone else run into this or know what causes it? Just trying to figure out if its normal or if I should be worried.
Yeah mine was pending for like 4 days before it cleared. Usually just takes time especially if it’s your first one. If it’s been over 5 business days I’d reach out to support.
